Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!

First-year student Midori Asakusa is obsessed with animation and constantly fills her sketchbook with ideas for imagined worlds. Although she believes that concept is everything, she has never tried to make an anime because she is convinced she cannot do it alone.

Sayaka Kanamori recognizes Asakusa's creative talent and supplies the practical mindset needed to turn ideas into a project. Their classmate Tsubame Mizusaki, a charismatic fashion model who secretly wants to become an animator, completes the group. Together the three establish an animation club and begin trying to transform the elaborate worlds in their heads into something they can actually create.
