Kaiman has no memory of who he was before a Magic User transformed him and left him with the head of a reptile. Determined to recover the truth, he searches the Hole alongside Nikaido, hunting Magic Users who might know what happened to him. His investigation has an unusual method: Kaiman puts a suspect's head inside his mouth, where they encounter a mysterious second man, then asks what that figure said. Each encounter brings him another chance to identify the person responsible for his transformation and uncover his lost identity.
