Tetsuo Tanba and Misaki Kurogane work in the Japanese Angel Federation's Send-Off Department, helping earthbound spirits move on. Rather than rushing cases, their Dandelion Clan listens to each spirit's regrets and helps them work through what keeps them tied to the world.
