Cyborg spy Mylene Hoffman, codenamed 009-1, works in an alternate world where the Cold War has lasted 140 years. The Eastern and Western blocs compete over technology and threaten nuclear attack. Mylene carries out her superiors' missions with three other agents amid deception, chaos and rivalry.
